He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Shipping Management from the Chartered Institute of Shipping. Additionally, he has obtained various relevant in logistics, maritime operations, and supply chain management, further enhancing his industry knowledge.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, Mr. Richard has established himself as a key player in the shipping and logistics sector. His expertise spans maritime operations, freight forwarding, and supply chain optimization, making him a valuable asset in the industry. He has a proven track record in international trade and logistics, navigating complex global shipping regulations, customs procedures, and operational frameworks with ease.

Madam Ifeoma Richard

Ahmed Mohammed Dakaya is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in shipping, cargo handling, and logistics management. With a strong educational background and years of hands-on experience, he has developed a solid foundation in operational efficiency, supply chain management, and business strategy within the logistics sector.

As a dedicated and results-driven professional, he has successfully built a career focused on optimizing logistics processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering seamless cargo operations.

He holds a master’s in business administration (MBA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), further strengthening his leadership and strategic capabilities. His academic journey also includes a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing and an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Studies, providing him with deep insights into the financial and operational aspects of logistics and shipping. Over the years, he has acquired extensive training in freight forwarding, cargo handling, maritime operations, and logistics planning.

With over two decades of industry experience, Ahmed has held key positions in reputable organizations. He currently serves as the Station Manager/Executive Manager at Richard Jackson & Sons Limited, where he plays a critical role in overseeing cargo operations, coordinating logistics strategies, and ensuring supply chain efficiency. Previously, he worked as a Business Development Officer at Continental Aviation Service and a Commission Agent for IBTC Pension Manager, gaining valuable expertise in client relations, operational expansion, and financial planning.

His career began with his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Calabar, Cross River State, where he honed his skills in administrative management and logistics coordination.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Ahmed has a keen interest in traveling and gardening reflecting his appreciation for strategic planning and environmental sustainability. His ability to adapt to industry trends and implement innovative solutions makes in the logistics and shipping sector.
